With all of our contents in our basement absolutely soaking wet, Taylor Restoration were able to box up all our contents quickly and have it moved until the basement was dry and all the repairs had been done. I first heard about Taylor's timely response time before from one of our co-workers who also raved about their personal service and I too was very impressed with the level of professionalism that Paul Taylor and his crew uphold. Its very refreshing to see a company who cares about their customers and can communicate well with customers and insurance companies involved. Thanks again Paul. I called with a very minor leak coming though my ceiling from the bathroom above. Cory and Rahul arrived within 90 of my initial call, checked both the source of the leak and where the... read more leak was coming through. Because the leak was so minor they helped set up one of our own fans so we didn't even need to rent out any equipment! Great service! I specifically wanted to deal with a locally owned business when our basement flooded, so i called Paul at Taylor Restoration. I hade never gone through anything like this before, and Paul was extremely helpful... read more right from the start, including providing a referral to a great plumber that was able to quickly help us address the leak that caused the flood in the first place. My insurance company quickly tried to steer me towards a large restoration company that it turns out they own, and they left me feeling like I didn't have a choice in the matter. It didn't feel right at all. Paul was very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company, even though there was no guarantee that there would be any business in it for him. As it turns out, we ended up with a pretty significant claim for water damage to the walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets & countertops, and just about everything else. It was overwhelming to think about, but Paul & Cory immediately took control of the situation, and what was a disaster quickly turned into a stress-free "renovation" that went incredibly smoothly. All of the subcontractors were very kind and respectful, and the quality of the work is great! Our basement looks better than ever! Although I hope to never need restoration services again, if I ever do Taylor will be my first call.

We had a 3 story flood in our house this winter and we were referred to Taylor Restorations from the Emergency Plumbing company. As I later found out after speaking to our Insurance Company, they are trying to refer you to their own list of Restoration Companies but that is not the case.
