Waking up in the morning to six inches of water in our basement was not something that anyone ever thinks about happening but its quite a shock when it happens! We called Taylor Restoration... read more right away and I was amazed just how quickly they arrived at our home in Surrey to place their equipment to start soaking up the water and drying out our house. With all of our contents in our basement absolutely soaking wet, Taylor Restoration were able to box up all our contents quickly and have it moved until the basement was dry and all the repairs had been done. I first heard about Taylor's timely response time before from one of our co-workers who also raved about their personal service and I too was very impressed with the level of professionalism that Paul Taylor and his crew uphold. Called Taylor Restoration Services on a Friday morning and asked them to come and check a leakage in our washroom leading from the shower to the outer floor. Spoke to Cory who was very knowledgeable and after checking out all the details drove over to my place a few hours later in his van which was loaded with all necessary equipment. Within a short while of assessing the situation he found a solution as to how to repair the leak. He was very polite and found him professional in his dealings with me.
