My insurance company quickly tried to steer me towards a large restoration company that it turns out they own, and they left me feeling like I didn't have a choice in the matter. Paul was very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company, even though there was no guarantee that there would be any business in it for him. As it turns out, we ended up with a pretty significant claim for water damage to the walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets & countertops, and just about everything else. It was overwhelming to think about, but Paul & Cory immediately took control of the situation, and what was a disaster quickly turned into a stress-free "renovation" that went incredibly smoothly.
