With all of our contents in our basement absolutely soaking wet, Taylor Restoration were able to box up all our contents quickly and have it moved until the basement was dry and all the repairs had been done. My insurance company quickly tried to steer me towards a large restoration company that it turns out they own, and they left me feeling like I didn't have a choice in the matter. Paul was very helpful in guiding me through the process of dealing with the insurance company, even though there was no guarantee that there would be any business in it for him. As it turns out, we ended up with a pretty significant claim for water damage to the walls, ceiling, floors, cabinets & countertops, and just about everything else. It was overwhelming to think about, but Paul & Cory immediately took control of the situation, and what was a disaster quickly turned into a stress-free "renovation" that went incredibly smoothly. Called Taylor Restoration Services on a Friday morning and asked them to come and check a leakage in our washroom leading from the shower to the outer floor. Spoke to Cory who was very knowledgeable and after checking out all the details drove over to my place a few hours later in his van which was loaded with all necessary equipment. Within a short while of assessing the situation he found a solution as to how to repair the leak. He was very polite and found him professional in his dealings with me.
